5. Subscription Plans & Payments

RichCard offers free and paid subscription plans with varying features.
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and may include applicable taxes.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or specified in a separate agreement.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the user’s selection.

6. Free Trial & Cancellation

We may offer limited-time free trials of premium features.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and code on RichCard.in are the exclusive property of Richtree Consultancy Services.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, or for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and your digital card may be deactivated.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
